Returns and Refunds

 

If you experience problems with any of our products or services, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. While your satisfaction is important to us, we cannot be responsible for damages incurred after our products have left our control, nor for misunderstandings about the nature of particular designs or specific flowers, colors, fragrances, etc.

We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues that might arise; however, please note that refunds or exchanges on perishable items (like fresh flowers) are only available if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) in question and have done due diligence to assure the health of the flowers after you received them.

We accept returns of merchandise purchased from our online catalog up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact us within this time frame for a full refund on undamaged items in new (no visible signs of wear or use and still in original packaging), or nearly new (no visible signs of wear or use, without original packaging) condition.
