By accessing, purchasing and/or using this website, our products and/or our services, you signify agreement to be legally bound by the the Terms of Use. These terms are in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

The use of this website also constitutes agreement to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please make yourself aware of how this website gathers, uses and stores information and make an appropriate choice for your own needs about whether to agree or disagree with the use of cookies on this site.

Limitations of Liability:

When you use our website, products and/or services, you agree that we cannot be held liable for any actions or circumstances outside of our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to, inconvenience or damage caused by third party interference with technology (ie, spyware, malware, etc.); damage or inconvenience caused by third parties related to our products and services (ie, the person who steals your flowers off your front porch, the contractor who digs a hole for the fruit fruit tree we recommended and cuts through the water lines, etc); weather and other natural events (ie, heat hastening the demise of cut flowers we've already delivered, natural disasters that interfere with our ability to provide your flowers at the agreed upon time/location, etc).

Please be aware that some flowers and foliage can be irritating to the skin, may be toxic or poisonous when ingested, and may cause illness or death particularly when ingested by young children and/or certain pets. We encourage you to educate yourself about toxic and poisonous plants, and to inform us if there are young children, pets, or others who might ingest the flowers/foliage in your location, in which case we will do our best to avoid including potentially harmful items in the products we provide, or recommend, to you; however, we cannot be held liable for their presence, nor for any incidence in which such items cause harm.

We are not responsible for any harm, damage, or inconvenience incurred as a result of you, or your agent, picking your order up at our farm stand. Our farm stand is located in a rural environment, where parking is limited, the ground is uneven, the road is not straight or level, wildlife roam freely, and neighbors and dogs may be present. While we make every attempt to create a welcoming and safe environment for you to pick up your order, we cannot anticipate every occurrence nor change the nature of our setting. By choosing to pick your order up at our farm stand, you agree to accept the risks associated with doing so.

Our farm itself is not open to the public. For your own safety and the safety of local residents, please do not attempt to explore the land the around the farm stand. There are numerous hazards in the surrounding areas which may not be immediately apparent to you, and we value your wellbeing.

We cannot control Nature, and as a result there may be times when we experience crop failures, damage to our crops, or shortened windows of availability. We make no promise of the availability of specific flower, foliage, seeds, plants, or any other product we sell. If you pre-purchase our single variety bunches and there is a crop failure, or severe damage, to the variety you selected you will be offered the option to select a different variety or receive a refund, less the amount required for any transaction fees placed by financial institutions.

Rules of Conduct:

In a nutshell: be respectful, be considerate, and don't steal.

There may be times when use of this website includes the option to leave comments, provide feedback, or interact directly with our staff. We expect, and you agree, to always conduct yourself in ways that respect the rights and feelings of others. It is possible to convey even the most emotionally charged perspective or experience in a manner that does not disrespect, demean, attack, or otherwise cause lasting harm to others. We expect that you will pause and think about how to conduct yourself in respectful ways prior to engaging in any interaction here on our website or in person with any agent, associate or other community member in the context of any LocaLife activity or offering. We reserve the right to delete inappropriate comments, delete accounts through which these terms are violated, and/or cancel orders placed by anyone who gives us cause to believe that our staff's safety and wellbeing are at risk.

You may not use any photographs, images, recording, or written content from this website without our permission, and without credit for their origins. We put a tremendous amount of work into creating the content of this site, and while we are thrilled that you might like it well enough to want to share or copy it, we require that you get our express, direct, written permission prior to doing so.

Our shoppable A la Carte Menu page is password protected. The reason for this is to prevent orders being placed for dates we are unavailable to honor. If you use the A la Carte Menu, you must first contact us directly to reserve the date you require the flowers. We reserve the right to delete, with or without notice, any orders placed without first contacting us.

Purchases made through this website are subject to our returns and refunds policy.

All payments for products and services are required prior to (or at the time of, for in-person purchases) receipt or service. We accept payment via cash, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about our products and services, to make our products and services available to our customers, and to communicate with our audience about the mission, vision and values of our business. This website is not to be used in any way that is inconsistent with its purpose, or our mission, vision and values by anyone. We reserve the right to delete the account, and refuse future products/services, to anyone who violates the terms of this agreement.
