A la carte wedding flowers are ideal for couples who are planning a small ceremony, want the flexibility of buying only the designs they really want without additional service and support, and are prepared to take care of their own on-site set up.

Because there is no minimum order, you are free to purchase as little as one item, or as many as you like; however, you will be responsible for all on site installation.

The items listed in our menu are all of the items we offer for a la carte weddings. If you prefer more customization, or if you would like help deciding which designs suit your needs, please choose our Full Service Wedding & Event Flowers option.

A la carte wedding flowers are not generally the best choice for those who have very strong ideas about flower varieties, or other specific details; nor are they ideal for very large ceremonies, which can involve a great deal of installation time.

If you would like to order a la carte wedding flowers from us, the first step is to contact us in order to request the date on which you require the flowers. Please include some information about the expected size of your order (ie, a wish-list of items, and/or the number of guests anticipated works well).

We will respond (usually within 24 hours) with confirmation that the date works for us, as well as a link & password for our menu of available items, and an aesthetics & details questionnaire. Be sure to save this email! In addition to the password required to shop for your flowers, it will include your deadline for placing your order. Fulfilment of orders placed after your deadline cannot be guaranteed!

You will immediately receive a receipt for your order, and we will get back in touch to check in with you a couple of weeks before the date of your event.

Yes, we are happy to deliver your a la carte flowers! In fact, for large orders, we highly recommend it!

You have the option to either have us deliver your flowers, or schedule a time to pick them up at our farm in Bonny Doon.

For very small orders, pick-up is usually more cost effective*; however, with larger orders, or orders with multiple vase arrangements, we strongly recommend delivery. Our delivery charge is based on the size of your order and the round trip mileage, measured from UCSC to the destination address, with prices ranging from $25 -$150.

Be sure to think about when you would like to receive your flowers in relation to your event. If you want to receive them more than a couple of hours prior, be sure to arrange for a cool, dimly lit storage space, and be aware that fresh flower wearables, like boutonnieres and corsages, require refrigeration right up until they will be used in order to look their best.

*If your order is truly tiny - a bouquet and a boutonniere, for example - and your flowers are traveling within 10 miles of UCSC, check with us directly to see if you qualify for a reduced delivery charge.
